DO NOT send us your credit card details by e-mail. We will phone you and take your credit card details over the phone.

PAYMENT
We accept most major credit cards with the exception of American Express and Diners Club. We are also happy to accept cheques but please note that they take five working days to clear. We will process credit card transactions prior to despatch of your goods.

DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your goods 5 working days from receipt of payment, in the case of cheques, 5 working days from the date they clear, subject to availability.

When goods are out of stock we will contact you to let you know when you can expect to receive your order.

We aim to despatch your order on next day delivery wherever possible. It may take one or two days longer if you live in Northern Ireland or more remote areas.

We are very sorry but we cannot accept orders from outside of the UK.
