How to Order
ONLINE
Payment can only be made either by Credit Card or Cheque. Payments must be made in British Sterling. We accept most major Credit Cards with the exception of American Express and Diners Club Cards. All payments will be processed and cleared before despatching goods.
BY PHONE
Please call us on 0208 947 5179 to place your order.
BY E-MAIL
Send your order requirements with your contact details to orders@senti.co.uk
DO NOT send us your credit card details by e-mail. We will phone you and take your credit card details over the phone.
PAYMENT
We accept most major credit cards with the exception of American Express and Diners Club. We are also happy to accept cheques but please note that they take five working days to clear. We will process credit card transactions prior to despatching goods.
DELIVERY
We dispatch on Tuesdays and Thursdays and wherever possible we use a next day delivery service via DPD Couriers. In the case of payment by cheque, once it has cleared your order will be dispatched on the nearest Tuesday or Thursday.
It may take one or two days longer if you live in Northern Ireland or more remote areas.
When goods are out of stock we will contact you to let you know when you can expect to receive your order.
We are very sorry but we cannot accept orders from outside of the UK.
