About Us

Just over six years ago my family and I booked a skiing holiday to France but on arrival found there was no snow so we hopped on a train to Florence; a city I had always wanted to visit. Checking into a boutique hotel we discovered that it smelt divine, every corner was delicately fragranced with the wonderful room diffusers from a local company.

Like many of the previous hotel guests I visited the laboratory/showroom of Dr Paolo Vranjes to purchase the diffusers to take home. The rest as they say is history; shortly after my return I was back in Florence signing to become the UK distributor for all Dr Vranjes products. A complete change of career for me but I loved the products so much that I thought if I liked them I could sell them. My sister Kim joined me soon after Senti was established to help me set up the office systems, followed by a website and since then Senti has grown and in December 2009 we opened our lovely shop in Wimbledon Village.

Our shop is a beautiful listed building where we can showcase all our products and offer select pieces of furniture, mirrors and lamps. It was a big step but we felt an essential one to understand and actually hear our customers' comments. In fact, we are constantly meeting our web customers and it’s great to put faces to names, especially when they have been customers from the start.

Perhaps you might like to make a day of it and have lunch or afternoon tea. Wimbledon Village is a beautiful spot well worth visiting and not just for the tennis; it has many interesting independent shops and restaurants to experience.
