RETURNS POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your order you may return it to us within 7 days, in its original condition, for a full refund or replacement. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting when returning your order to:

In the event of your order arriving damaged or you did not receive the product(s) you requested, please contact us within 24 hours either by E-mail or phone. We will replace damaged or incorrect orders upon receipt of the faulty or incorrect products and their original packaging.
If the goods arrive and the customer believes the package has been either tampered with or there are obvious signs of damage, it is the customer's responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods

Post and packing costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
We are not responsible for returned parcels that do not reach us or their cost.
PRIVACY POLICY
We do not share your information or personal details with anyone else. We will keep your Order Form in paper format and these details are entered on our Accounts System. They will be held as long as necessary and in accordance with English Limited Company laws.
