Senti Limited (“Senti”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides the services available on the website. Your use of this website is governed by the terms and conditions set out below.

By using any part of this website, completing and sending off the order form or emailing us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products to the buyer hereafter referred to as the “Customer” or “you”.

PRICE

All prices are quoted in British Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (as may be prescribed by law from time to time) unless otherwise stated. Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods and are stated on the Order Form.

PAYMENT

Senti uses third party suppliers – they are currently, but not restricted to, Sage Pay and PayPal.

Payment can only be made by Credit Card via Sage Pay, PayPal, Cheque or Bank Transfer and payments must be made in British Sterling. We accept most major Credit Cards.

All payments will be processed and cleared before dispatch of goods. The Customer will be notified if their payment is not accepted or cannot be processed as soon as possible.

PASSING OF PROPERTY

Senti retains ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by the Customer and until that payment has been cleared.

PASSING OF RISK

The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery, as defined below.

DELIVERY

All goods are sent either by courier – currently, but not restricted to, DPD and Interlink – or the Post Office. Please allow 5 working days. A signature will be required for your goods unless you state otherwise on your Order Form.

Non-mainland UK and remote area delivery times may vary by an additional 2-3 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept overseas orders.

In the event of an order being lost by a third party, Senti bears no risk once it has left our warehouse. Senti cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our distributors or any other third party.

If the goods arrive and the Customer believes the package has been either tampered with or there are obvious signs of damage, it is the Customer’s responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.

ACCEPTANCE

The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time period after their receipt and shall be deemed to accept the goods unless they notify Senti within 24 hours by email or phone. This does not, however, affect the Customer’s statutory rights.

RETURNS POLICY 

If you are dissatisfied with your order you may return it to us within 7 days, in its original condition, for a full refund or replacement. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting when returning your order to:

The Customer can either email us at orders@senti.co.uk or phone 0208 947 5179 (office hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 5.30pm). Postage and packing costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, and we are not responsible for returned parcels that do not reach us or their cost.

CANCELLATIONS

The Customer can cancel their Order without any cost providing the goods have not been dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched then the Returns Policy will apply.

The Customer can cancel their order by either emailing us at orders@senti.co.uk or by phone on 0208 947 5179 (office hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 5.30pm).

PRIVACY POLICY

The details on your Order Form are entered on our Accounts System. Your order is kept in paper format as well as on our online shop database. We do not share this information or your personal details with anyone else unless required by law to do so. They will be held as long as necessary and in accordance with English Limited Company Laws (click here for full explanation of Policies & Cookies).

COOKIES

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. LAW

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law. Any person who makes a fraudulent credit card or cheque transaction will be prosecuted with no exception.

If the Customer wishes to complain about any matter in respect of the goods or service either email us at orders@senti.co.uk or phone us on 0208 947 5179 (office hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 5.30pm).

GENERAL

While Senti uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up-to-date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Senti will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.

The entire liability of Senti under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these terms and conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products, except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions.

Senti does not accept liability for any consequential or incidental damages that arise out of or are related to the use of this site or the purchase or use of any goods.

Senti reserves the right to make changes to any part of the site. By using the site following any changes to the terms, the Customer agrees to be bound by those changes.
